Accessibility Statement

We design toward WCAG 2.2 AA on this website: semantic structure, keyboard navigability, visible focus states, sufficient contrast, captions and transcripts on video, reduced-motion support, and descriptive alternative text.

The Support Scan application follows platform text-size settings and uses large touch targets designed for one-handed use — accessibility work there is ongoing and shaped by the staff who use it nightly.
